Terms

The terms for using and buying DuperMail. Last updated October 11, 2026.

Who we are

DuperMail is made by Bloomworks, Inc. ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By downloading, installing or using DuperMail, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use DuperMail.

Your license

DuperMail is licensed to you, not sold. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on Macs you own or control: on any Mac during the trial, and on up to 3 Macs for each License you buy.

You may not sell, rent, share or redistribute DuperMail or a License Key, or remove or get around its license checks. You may not copy, decompile or reverse engineer DuperMail, except where the law allows it despite this term. We keep all rights we don't give you here.

The trial

You can try everything in DuperMail free for 14 days of use. A day counts only when you use a Command in Mail. After the trial, DuperMail keeps working but shows a short reminder until you buy a License.

Buying a License

Polar is the merchant of record. It sells you the License, takes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and License Key. Polar's own terms apply to the payment. Prices are on the pricing page and at checkout.

  • Monthly and Yearly renew automatically at the price shown when they renew, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Polar's customer portal. Your License keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal can't be charged, the License ends.
  • Lifetime is one payment. It works forever with every version of DuperMail released in the year after you buy it. Later versions show a reminder until you buy another year of updates, which runs for a year from the day you buy it.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any purchase or renewal. See Refunds.

Updates and Apple Mail

We may update DuperMail and add, change or remove features. DuperMail works with Apple Mail and macOS, which Apple can change at any time. If a change breaks a feature, DuperMail turns that feature off until an update fixes it. We can't promise that every feature will keep working with future versions of macOS or Mail.

Privacy

DuperMail never sends the contents of your email anywhere. Privacy explains what it does send.

No warranty

DuperMail is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that DuperMail will be error-free or uninterrupted. Keep your own backups of your mail.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of DuperMail. Our total liability for any claim about DuperMail is limited to the amount you paid for DuperMail in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using DuperMail at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, we may end your License. When these terms end, you must stop using DuperMail. The sections on no warranty, limits on liability and the law that applies continue after that.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using DuperMail after that, the new terms apply.

The law that applies

The laws of the State of Delaware, USA, govern these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Delaware. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away any rights that the law where you live gives you and that can't be waived by contract.
